In a world driven by instant gratification and endless distractions, fasting remains a timeless spiritual discipline that serves as a powerful reminder of our need for God. While fasting can take various forms, from abstaining from food to limiting certain behaviors, it is important to remember that it is to be sacrificial but also needs to be done with wisdom of our personal limitations.
